Legacy COI Filing Process (HSConnect)

MyDisclosures Pilot

The University of Pittsburgh is piloting a new annual disclosure system called MyDisclosures to replace the old Conflict of Interest Superform (iCOI).

All University faculty and staff required to complete an annual disclosure will be participating in the pilot of MyDisclosures in 2020 unless directed otherwise by their supervisor.  Only use the old Conflict of Interest Superform (iCOI) on HSConnect if you need to update an already filed 2019 disclosure or for reference for completing your 2020 form on MyDisclosures.

Please do not complete your 2020 annual disclosure on the old Conflict of Interest Superform (iCOI) unless specifically instructed to do so by your supervisor.

Links to the new disclosure site will be sent to you in early March.
