Mandatory disclosers who are required to complete an Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure in MyDisclosures received an email notification between March 16 and March 20, 2026 and should have completed this requirement by April 15, 2026.

If you are a mandatory discloser and you have not yet completed your Annual Disclosure in MyDisclosures, you should do so immediately. Instructions are available here.   

Supervisor reviews of Annual Disclosures were due on June 15, 2026.

Mandatory disclosers who were hired after April 15, 2026 are required to complete an Annual Disclosure Certification within 30 days of their hire date. These individuals will receive an email notification within a few days of their start date. Supervisor reviews of their Annual Disclosure Certifications are due on a rolling basis.

If you believe you should be a mandatory discloser, but you did not receive an email notification by March 20, 2026, verify that you meet the mandatory discloser criteria. Provided you meet the criteria, your supervisor or their administrator should submit a request to add you as a mandatory discloser using this survey.
